This project aimed to make regular promotions and site-wide changes easier for non-technical users. Our marketing team needed more flexibility to update sales, banners, and seasonal content without relying on developers.

Working within Shopify’s framework, I designed and built a series of custom admin panels that gave teams control over key site functions without touching code. Tools included a sales pop-up picker, a WYSIWYG promo bar editor, and an interface for managing annual site-wide settings like themes and holiday assets. Each panel was designed for clarity and simplicity, tested with non-coders, and refined to minimize errors.

Over time the system expanded to handle more features and use cases, but the focus remained on keeping the experience intuitive and maintainable. The result was a scalable admin toolkit that empowered marketing to move faster and reduced engineering workload across the business.
