Solution
Until fairly recently all emails were handed coded. They were fully responsive and used progressive enchantments like webfonts. Landing pages and pop-ups are built based on the email creative in Shopify using Bootstrap.
Challenges
With 10+ sales on any given month, often with specific themes, not repeating yourself, but also not breaking the overall template, can be difficult.
